About Us
Sara Jayne
Sara is a cardiac diagnostic imaging specialist with over 20 years experience in the medical field. Her career in medicine was redirected with the diagnosis of a life-threatening autoimmune disease and not one, but two near death experiences. Ultimately this led her to turn to the science of the mind, body, and soul for answers.
Sara's transformative response to mind body medicine practices led to her completing formal training as a Meditation Instructor and Mindfulness at Work Facilitator, as well as in Mind-Body Medicine and Applied Neuroscience.
Sara is now a highly sought after Health and Wellbeing Consultant on a mission to share her experience, knowledge and skills to help others overcome stress, illness and pain, and achieve optimal wellbeing.
Sara is now excited to share further insights from her experiences, and passion for the soul, in her new podcast, Soul 2 Soul Conversations.
